Building has started at Red Rocks Ranch

We finally have good news regarding the development for Red Rocks Ranch. Soon there will be 153 home sites available with three different models to choose from at Red Rocks Ranch.

Here is the breakdown:

·         The Monarch Collection.

• 53 home sites planned

• There will be 4 different home choices; 3 two stories and 1 Ranch, 3 – 5-bedroom options. These homes will be all interior locations- meaning not backing up to open space.

·         The Skyline Collection.

o    64 home sites planned.

o    There will be 8 different home choices to choose from, and all are detached single family homes with contemporary design, and all are 3 stories.

·         The Grand Collection.

o    36 home sites planned.

o    There will be 5 different home choices with 2–5-bedroom options. These homes will be exterior lots meaning they will be backing to a green belt/open space and will be the largest and most expensive homes to be released. One of these models will have a "next generation" suite meaning a separate entrance for a separate unit but attached to the house. Ideal for a separate living quarter for another family member. Lennar built the same product in Central Park in Denver and was very popular.

Pricing will Range from $740,900 - $910,900.
