The Skyline Collection at Red Rocks Ranch

The Skyline Collection at Red Rocks Ranch is finally being released. This is a three-story home that is detached and ranges from the low 700s up to 735,000. There are 8 different models to choose from, offering a variety of floorplans to suite a variety of needs. The options are: The Canyon, The Overlook, The Boulevard, The Altitude, The Horizon, The Palisade, The Riverside and The Beacon.

As of right now, the boulevard is the only available spec home that you can purchase. As you can see from the picture I took this past weekend, there is quite a bit of building for the Skyline collection so more will be available as time goes on.
