Lennar is raising prices in Red Rocks Ranch
This past week the builder in Red Rocks Ranch , Lennar raised pricing on many of their Spec Homes.
As times goes on and the available supply of homes is limited, pricing will increase. Given the location of Red Rocks Ranch (west side of Denver, right next to the foothills , limited available dirt to build on , easy access to i70 and 285 to access the mountain's and limited new construction) there is a good possibility that values will just keep getting higher and higher, meaning houses will be become even more expensive in the future. If Interest rates fall into the 5% range which is forecasted for maybe later this year and into 2025, this will just create even more buyer demand. Conclusion- I don't see the market getting less expensive any time soon. If you can make the move now, you may be thankful in the future that you did so . Please let me know if I can help.
