The fourth quarter of 2024 was extraordinarily strong with 34 Total sales. The Monarch Collection was by far the best seller for the fourth quarter with fourteen sales. The Skyline Collection came in second with Twelve Sales and the Grand Collection came in third with eight homes sold. 

Lennar is dealing with the water tap issues so there is only one new construction home available right now. There is only 1 Resale home that is available for purchase. If you are thinking about selling your Red Rocks Ranch property, there may not be a better window of opportunity. When you are selling your property in a New Construction Community like Red Rocks Ranch, you are competing with the builder. Competing with the builder can be Challenging since the builder can offer closing cost credits and incredibly attractive interest rates.

Thinking about moving out of Red Rocks Ranch, I am not too sure if there has ever been a better opportunity to enter the resale market. Feel free to reach out to me just to discuss and further detail.
