Is Lennar coming to Red Rocks Ranch?

Rumor has it that one of the largest builders in the Country, Lennar, is coming to Red Rocks Ranch. If you’re not familiar with the Lennar product, you can see a sampling in Green Gables, a Master community located in Lakewood at the intersection of Wadsworth and Jewel. Lennar is the sole builder in that development and they offer a variety of attached and detached single-family homes. They did a nice job with incorporating green space, a neighborhood pool and a spacious community center. Check it out and stay tuned.
