Red Rocks Ranch Update - November 2019

Looks like Red Rocks Ranch is starting to come together. There was a public hearing meeting on November 6th to discuss the RR development and it looks like the initial construction will start in early 2020 with the first move in homes ready by 2021. In all my years of experience with new residential development, these projects don’t start on time and there are always delays. This timeframe may be an estimated date, but I would feel safe to say that we will have homes ready for move in with in the next 24 months.

There will be another meeting with the board of county commissioners on November 19th at 8am to be held at the Jefferson County building in Golden.
