Lennar Signs on as the Primary builder for Red Rocks Ranch!

If you’re a subscriber to the Denver business Journal, then chances are you read a recent article about Red Rocks Ranch and that Lennar is going to be the builder for Red Rocks Ranch. The article came out on Monday, February 24 and according to the Article, Lennar paid $50 million for the 310-acre parcel and plans to start development this week with home sales slated for Fall 2021. Per the Article, Residential development will be first with a Commercial phase of development coming shortly thereafter. It is a standard practice for Developers to have as many rooftops built as possible before they dive into the commercial development.
