Window of Opportunity For Sellers?

Here is the latest update for November 2024. As you can see from this photo things are moving right along for Red Rocks Ranch.

They are now grading and putting in the infrastructure on the east side of McIntyre.

The bigger news is the water tap issue that Red Rocks Ranch is having with the town of Morrison. I have included the link below to recent media about the issue.

If there is a pause in new construction because of the water tap issue, there may be a window of opportunity for selling your Red Rocks Ranch property. Home sellers would have an excellent opportunity to get into the resale market. If a buyer wants to purchase in Red Rocks Ranch, they will have a choice of Resale homes or New Construction. When there are fewer new construction choices (or none), Resale may be the only option if the buyers really want to live in the neighborhood. There will always be buyers looking to purchase in Red Rocks Ranch not only for the new construction, but the location being so close to the mountains.
